Marie, our Relaxation and Wellbeing Therapist, has been actively involved in complementary health and healing for many years and believes that the practice of calming body and mind is vitally important in helping to reduce stress and anxiety and developing a sense of wellbeing.

To provide a safe and calm environment to support young people to learn the skills of relaxation
