Parent/Carer Support Groups

Are you feeling overwhelmed by your child’s mental health needs?

If they are refusing to go to school, have suffered trauma or loss, or seems depressed or withdrawn it can be hard as a parent/carer to know how to help.

But you aren’t on your own, we’re here to help, by offering support for parents/carers as well as their children.

In addition to our support groups listed below, we also offer 1:1 parent consultations and evening parent workshops.

1. Support group for parents/carers with a neurodivergent child (with or without a diagnosis).

Held at the Vineyard Church, Bar End Road, Winchester. The meetings are on the second Wednesday of each month from 10.15am-12.15pm.

2. Parent Support Group – Bishop Waltham

For any parent/carer with a 11-25yr old. Held in the Ruby Room at Jubilee Hall, Bishop Waltham. The meetings are on the last Wednesday of each month from 10-11am.

Both support groups are facilitated by 2 counsellors, free of charge, with parking on site. Both groups are drop-in, no booking required.
